Solidarité ethnique de la Yamaska

The Organisation

SERY’s Mission

Since it’s inception in 1992, SERY’s mission has been to assist in welcoming and integrating immigrants into our community, all the while bringing cultures closer together.

A devoted and specialised team of employees are constantly at work in order to make this mission a reality. These employees are supported in their work by a counsel of nine administrators. Together, they do all in their power to give a warm welcome to a great diversity of people from every continent, in a spirit of harmony and respect. In this manner, the Granby region is enriched every passing day by an increasing cultural diversity.

The Daisy

SERY’s emblem, the daisy, was chosen for one very simple reason: it is the flower found in the greatest number of countries the world around. The daisy transcends borders and is recognised by all, making it a perfect citizen of the world!
