Management and Coordination

This broad service, under the supervision of the organisation's administrative council (9 members), assures SERY's healthy operation in the light of its basic mission and the administrative council's defined objectives, which are determined on a yearly basis.
The Responsibilities Covered by This Service:
- To assure the proper management of the organisation, on the level of human resources, finances and materials.
- To apply for funding and negociate agreements with sponsors.
- To assure the general management of SERY’s various projects and programmes.
- To assure a diligent pursuit of new funding avenues.
- To assure the responsible management of the organisation’s accounts and the monitoring of its finances.
- To call and preside over area or team meetings.
- To be a catalyst in reflecting on and discussing questions or dilemmas, and the resulting actions to be taken.
- To represent SERY on various boards and committees.
- To heighten awareness and to represent the organisation before various groups and organisations.
- To assure the organisation’s continued positive influence on the community.
- To collaborate with the Administrative Council.
- To prepare the annual report for the members’ general assembly.
- To develop management tools with the Administrative Council and employees.
- To coordinate the hiring of personnel and to assure annual evaluations.
