SERY's Welcoming Services serve to walk alongside immigrants as they begin the process of integration into their host community, helping them develop autonomy in their day-to-day lives. Our workers rely on their vast experience and a well-established network of contacts in order to ease newcomers' introduction into the region and to continue an adequate followup as they explore their new surroundings.
The Services Available:
The Welcoming Services accompany immigrants in their efforts to settle down and become a part of the community. It also helps them to develop autonomy in their new community by offering, among other services:
- Assistance in general inquiries
- Housing assistance
- Interpreter services
- Referrals to other organisations
- Social support
- Training
